Standard Shipping Rates & Handling

  • Orders $60 and Over: FREE Standard Ground Shipping.
  • Orders Under $60: A flat shipping and handling fee of $8.00 will be applied at checkout.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Subject to a 15% charge based on the merchandise total (minimum charge of $7.00).

Delivery Timelines & Tracking

Avon works hard to process your beauty essentials quickly so you can start enjoying them:

  • Processing Time: Most items pack and ship out from the warehouse within 2–3 business days.
  • Small Orders: Packages weighing less than one pound ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and deliver within 12 mailing days.
  • Tracking Information: A confirmation email containing your full order billing details and a live tracking link will be sent to you the moment your package leaves the facility.

Expedited Delivery Upgrades

Need your skincare restock or fragrance gift in a rush? You can select faster delivery methods at checkout (Note: Expedited methods do not apply to free shipping offers):

  • 2–3 Business Days Expedited: $15.90
  • Next Business Day Delivery: $24.90
  • Orders placed by 12:30 PM ET Monday through Friday ship out the very same business day.

⚠️ Important Shipping Restrictions

  • Valid Street Address Required: Avon currently does not offer delivery to P.O. Boxes or Armed Forces addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). Please use a valid residential or business street address.
  • Hazardous Materials (HazMat): Products containing ingredients like nail enamels and certain bath items must travel via Standard Ground delivery only under Federal Transportation Law. These items cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
